  1. Which networks can I use the service on?
    We allow all calls from Telkom, MTN, Vodacom, CellC
  2. Can I use my free minutes?
    Yes, mobile free minutes can be used to increase your savings.  Please note this is dependent on your cell phone package and your mobile operator.  Please always check your call cost to our access numbers before dialing.
  3. Why are the calls so cheap?
    We have developed a VOIP (Voice Over IP) network that allows you to place internet calls from your mobile phone instead of through your computer.When you dial the access numbers above, you are connecting to Voice Over IP International Gateway. From there your call is placed over the internet in the same way as Skype and other VOIP services. When your call reaches the country you are dialing, we convert it back over to the local phone system, and it rings the dialed number just like a regular phone call.
  4. Which destinations are supported?

  5. Can I call from my landline?
    Yes, landline calls are supported, although savings are generally not as much as calls made from mobile networks.
  6. Do I need any special hardware or software?
    No – all interactions can be done directly via landline or mobile phone, no computer needed.
