Making calls to non-standard destinations
Due to differing network policies and accessibility around the world we are unable to offer our standard discounted service to every possible route and number. Some premium-rated designations are too expensive for us to offer the service without an additional charge. We therefore offer a “Virtual Voucher” service to allow you to fund the gap and continue making cheap calls to these destinations.
To enable the service, you’ll need to add credit to your virtual account by sending us an SMS. Once you have made enough calls, the credit will run out and you will need to recharge your account.
You will always be able to call standard destinations regardless of the amount of credit in your virtual account.
How do I register my number?
Mobile phones
Send a blank SMS to ’39006′ from the mobile phone number you wish to register. Your mobile phone number will now be registered and credited with R15.
Landlines
Send an SMS containing the landline number you wish to register to ’39006′ from any mobile phone. The landline number will now be registered and credited with R15.
What does registering my number do?
When you register your mobile phone or landline you will be credited with R15 to that number. You can check the status of your virtual credit at any time by calling 084 1976 777.
You can also recharge or ‘top-up’ the amount by simply sending another SMS. All SMS’ are charged at R15.
